Billing and plan questions

How does billing work?

Your first monthly payment is due before your service starts. Your billing cycle begins on your service start date (the date of your onboarding call or the date we begin work, whichever comes first) and renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars, and we accept major credit and debit cards through our secure third-party payment processor.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Email us to cancel. If you cancel before your service starts you receive a full refund. If you cancel after your service has started, we refund the prorated, undelivered portion of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

Is advertising spend included in the plan price?

No. Plan fees cover our management work. Your advertising budget is paid directly to the ad platform (for example Meta or LinkedIn) from an ad account in your name, so you always see exactly what is spent.

What counts as a “post”?

A post is one published piece of feed content on one platform — for example a single image, carousel, or short video with its caption. Adapting the same post for a second platform counts as a second post.

Do you guarantee results?

No reputable agency can guarantee specific outcomes on platforms whose algorithms and policies they do not control. What we do guarantee is the work described in your plan, delivered on schedule, and honest reporting on how it performs.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period, unless you ask us to upgrade immediately, in which case we charge the prorated difference.

What do you need from me to get started?

After a short consultation we send a written proposal. Once you accept it, we schedule an onboarding call, request delegated access to your accounts, and collect your brand assets. Your first content calendar is usually ready for approval within 10 business days.
